At FloweyInk, we take great care in preparing and delivering your calligraphy sets. Below you’ll find all essential details about our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by region:

  • EU & UK: 5–12 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Australia & NZ: 7–15 business days

  • Other: 10–20 business days

These are estimates; actual delivery may vary based on customs, local carriers, and regional delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking

All orders include tracking.
Tracking information becomes active within 2–5 business days after the order is shipped.

If tracking does not update immediately, this is normal — carriers often take time to scan the package through their network.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address before completing your order.
FloweyInk is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package appears delayed or lost:

  1. Verify tracking status.

  2. Contact your local carrier if the package is marked as “Delivered” but not received.

  3. If the issue persists, email us at info@floweyink.com and we’ll assist you.

Shipments marked as “Delivered” by the carrier cannot be refunded, as this confirms successful delivery.

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
