At FloweyInk, we take pride in the craftsmanship and presentation of our calligraphy sets. If your experience falls short of expectations, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the conditions outlined below.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and complete with all components included in the set.

This policy is designed to ensure that every customer receives tools that meet our quality standards.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be returned with all original parts (pen, nibs, inks, packaging, manuals).

  • Items must show no signs of wear, use, or ink residue.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided.

FloweyInk reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not provide prepaid return labels, and shipping fees are not refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery of the returned item. Refunds will only be issued once the product has been received and inspected.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but most refunds appear within 3–7 business days.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
